Create a DigiKhata account by entering their mobile number and verifying with OTP. Wallet can be created through biometric authentication or Aadhaar OTP (requires Aadhaar registered mobile number) and PAN No.
Add new beneficiary by entering details (Name, Account Number, Bank Name). Beneficiary validation charges.
Select beneficiary, enter amount and confirm. The transaction will be processed via IMPS or NEFT.
Enter OTP received on registered mobile number to verify and complete the transaction.
Amount is debited from retailer balance for Wallet Load and transferred directly to beneficiary account.Transaction status can be checked and refunds can be claimed through OTP if needed.
